81Hire Terms of Service

1. The service

81Hire provides tools for storing user-provided career documents, comparing those materials with job descriptions, creating draft application documents, and tracking opportunities. The service does not guarantee interviews, employment, compatibility with every applicant-tracking system, or any specific hiring result.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, keep your password secure, and use only your own documents or materials you are authorized to use. Each account is personal and may not be shared, resold, or used to access another person’s private workspace.

3. Your content and accuracy

You retain ownership of the resumes, job descriptions, feedback, and other content you provide. You are responsible for reviewing every generated document and ensuring that all statements are truthful, complete, current, and appropriate before submitting them to an employer.

4. AI-assisted output

81Hire uses automated and AI-assisted systems. Generated content may be incomplete or incorrect. You must review and approve the output. You may not use the service to fabricate employment, credentials, education, performance results, or other material facts.

5. Trial, subscriptions, cancellation, and pricing changes

New accounts may receive a limited trial that includes one tailored-resume experience. The $2 USD monthly Starter membership includes up to five tailored resumes per billing period. The $25 USD monthly Pro membership includes up to 50 tailored resumes per billing period. Usage allowances do not roll over. Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled.

How to cancel: sign in to 81Hire, open Membership & Billing, select Cancel membership, review the cancellation summary, and select Confirm cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Paid access remains available through the paid-through date for the billing period already purchased; afterward, the account returns to limited free access. Existing documents remain available to view and download. Customers may also cancel the automatic payment through their PayPal account. To avoid a renewal, complete cancellation at least three business days before the next scheduled payment.

Refunds are handled according to applicable law and the payment terms presented at checkout. Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed payment.

365NCC reserves the right to change 81Hire subscription pricing. For an existing paid subscription, 365NCC will provide clear advance notice of a price increase using the email address associated with the account, an in-service notice, or another method permitted by law. A price increase will not be charged retroactively or during a billing period that has already begun. It will take effect no earlier than the first eligible renewal billing cycle after the notice period required by applicable law and the payment provider has expired. If that notice period extends beyond the next scheduled renewal, the existing price will remain in effect for that renewal and the new price will begin with a later eligible billing cycle. You may cancel before the new price takes effect. Any price change remains subject to applicable law and any notice, consent, or approval process required by PayPal or another payment provider.

6. Privacy, no AI model training, and service providers

Your content is not used or authorized by 81Hire for AI model training. 81Hire does not use resumes, profile information, job descriptions, feedback, generated documents, or other customer content to train or improve any AI model. 81Hire does not operate a customer-content training pipeline and does not opt customer content into voluntary data-sharing, feedback-sharing, evaluation, fine-tuning, or model-improvement programs.

When you deliberately request an AI-assisted feature, only the content reasonably needed to produce that result is transmitted to contracted AI service providers for processing on 81Hire's behalf. Customer content is encrypted in transit using industry-standard transport security. 81Hire configures supported requests to avoid retaining the response as provider application state and disables optional account-level sharing of customer inputs and outputs. AI service providers may still process or temporarily retain limited content for service delivery, security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance under their applicable business-service terms and data controls. 81Hire will not voluntarily authorize customer content for model training.

Account data and documents are stored using third-party infrastructure providers, including Supabase and Vercel. Payments may be processed by PayPal. Payment-card and bank details are handled by PayPal and are not stored by 81Hire.

7. We do not sell your information

81Hire does not sell, rent, license, or exchange your resumes, profile information, job-search activity, or other personal information to data brokers, advertisers, recruiters, employers, or other third parties for their own commercial purposes. We do not use your content for targeted advertising. We may disclose limited information to service providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions, when you direct us to share it, or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, prevent fraud or security threats, or complete a business transaction subject to applicable notice and privacy requirements. Aggregated or de-identified information may be used to operate and improve the service only when it cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, access another user’s data, disrupt the service, upload malicious material, scrape the service, or use it for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or abusive activity.

9. Availability and changes

The service is under active development and may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. Important changes to paid terms will be communicated before they take effect.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. 81Hire is not legal, financial, employment, or human-resources advice.
